Everything is made up of particles. The fact that all our particles currently decide to be us and that we can comprehend it all is a miracle in itself. That alone, is reason enough to be happy and grateful in any circumstance.

Before my particles were me, what were they doing? After my particles are done being me, what are they going to do? We are truly made of stars.
